Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a pivotal role supporting students and staff as an onsite BCBA in the Wilmington area for the upcoming school year. This contract opportunity offers the chance to make a meaningful impact across multiple school sites, working collaboratively to foster a positive and productive learning environment.

You will be responsible for providing direct support to 2-3 designated school locations throughout the duration of the school year. Your expertise will drive positive behavioral interventions, consultations, and team-building with educational staff. Additionally, this role includes the unique responsibility of conducting interviews for paraprofessionals at your assigned school sites, helping to shape the support teams that serve students with diverse needs.

Applicants must hold current Delaware BCBA certification and submit proof along with their resume to be considered.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Delaware BCBA certification (required)
• Strong knowledge of behavior analytic principles and their application in school settings
• Prior experience working in public school environments preferred
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• Professionalism in collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Experience in interviewing, training, or onboarding educational staff is an asset

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the BCBA across 2-3 assigned school sites
• Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Conduct observations, assessments, and provide consultation to teachers and paraprofessionals
• Interview and help select paraprofessionals for your assigned schools
• Deliver ongoing coaching and support to staff to ensure fidelity to behavioral interventions
• Maintain documentation and communication with administrative teams

This position follows a Monday through Friday schedule, 37.5 hours a week, in alignment with the school calendar.
