Soliant is seeking a dedicated BoardCertified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a collaborative special educationteam serving students across multiple school buildings in the Wilmington,Delaware area for the 2026–2027 school year.
This is an excellent opportunity for aBCBA who enjoys collaborating with educators, mentoring staff, and creatingpositive behavioral outcomes for students across a K-12 setting.

- Travel between multiple school buildings
- Caseload : Kindergarten through 12th Grade
Responsibilities :
- Provide supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Develop and write individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families
- Participate in student support and multidisciplinary team meetings
- Assist with interviewing prospective staff members
- Monitor student progress and adjust behavioral interventions as needed
- Promote evidence-based behavioral practices throughout the district
Qualifications:
- Required: Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Ability to travel between multiple school buildings throughout the workday
