Job Title: Pool Supervisor

Job Type: Seasonal Schedule: Includes weekends, evenings, and holidays

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and experienced Pool Supervisor to oversee daily operations of our pool area. This role is responsible for leading pool staff, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for guests, and maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can manage a team, handle guest concerns, and ensure compliance with all regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support pool staff
• Ensure all safety protocols and emergency procedures are followed at all times
• Monitor pool area for cleanliness, organization, and overall guest satisfaction
• Manage staff schedules, breaks, and daily assignments
• Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, concerns, or incidents
• Conduct routine inspections of pool facilities and equipment
• Maintain proper inventory levels of towels, supplies, and amenities
• Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Complete daily reports and communicate updates to management

Qualifications:

• Previous supervisory experience in Food and Beverage hospitality, aquatics, or a related field preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Current CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguard certification is preferred (or ability to obtain before start date)
• Knowledge of pool safety regulations and emergency response procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
