A top-tier national general contractor, employee-owned, privately held, ENR-ranked, is building a multi-year mission-critical construction program across North Texas, with a career runway that spans multiple active campuses. What you'll own: Day-to-day execution on large-scale, technically complex builds Cost, budget, and forecasting Schedule, procurement, and subcontractor coordination Direct client and design-team relationships Who fits: 5-10 years at PM level in commercial construction, sector background is genuinely open, data center experience helps but isn't required. What matters more: a clear upward trajectory, tenure, and a real reason you want to build a long-term career rather than hop projects. MEP/electrical exposure is a plus. Compensation: Up to $150,000 base (higher with travel-role uplift of 15-20% + travel support), $1,000/month vehicle + gas allowance, 401k with 8% combined contribution/match, annual profit sharing + project bonuses, platinum healthcare, and real employee-stock participation after 2 years - this is a genuinely employee-owned company, not a token equity program.
