Kelly Science & Clinical is hiring a  Manufacturing Line Operator  to join our growing biopharmaceutical manufacturing team in Knoxville, TN. 
Job Duties

• Operate and monitor packaging equipment during production runs
• Maintain accurate production and maintenance documentation
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and minor repairs
• Troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime
• Execute line changeovers and startup checks between production runs
• Support inventory tracking and material handling as needed
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safety-compliant

Education / Experience

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Associate or Bachelors degree in Science / STEM is preferred
• Experience with mechanical systems or packaging machinery is preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well with a team
• cGMP experience preferred
