Business Sales Representative | Full-Time | In-Person | Paid Training

Elevated Marketing Concepts is growing!

Our company's is an award-wining Sales and Marketing firm that's looking to expand our Business Sales team. This opportunity is a great fit for individuals who enjoy setting goals, competing, working with people, and being rewarded based on performance.

In this role, you’ll represent telecommunications products and services through  face-to-face B2B sales , working directly with local businesses throughout an assigned territory. No previous sales experience is required. Paid training is provided.

What You'll Do:

• Meet face-to-face with prospective business customers
• Present telecommunications products and service options
• Build relationships with local businesses
• Prospect for new customers within an assigned territory
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
• Participate in ongoing sales, product, and professional development training

Compensation & Training:

• Paid initial training
• Uncapped commission earning potential
• Representatives typically earn $800–$1,200 per week in commissions
• Actual earnings vary based on individual performance and are not guaranteed
• Weekly pay and performance-based incentives
• Ongoing coaching and development

Backgrounds in  athletics, hospitality, retail, customer service, sales, or other competitive environments can translate well to this role, but previous sales experience is not required.

Candidates must be 18+, authorized to work in the U.S., and have reliable transportation for local travel.
