Graphic Designer

Role Description

• Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns aligned with business goals
• Support Account Managers in organizing campaign timelines, assets, and deliverables
• Develop and refine email marketing strategies that drive engagement, retention, and conversion
• Write and edit compelling email copy that reflects brand voice and resonates with target audiences
• Manage email lists, segmentation, and audience targeting to maximize campaign performance
• Monitor campaign performance metrics — open rates, click-through rates, conversions — and translate data into actionable improvements
• Ensure all email campaigns are properly tested, proofread, and QA'd before deployment
• Stay current with email marketing trends, platform updates, and deliverability best practices

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing coordination, or a similar role (Required)
• Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms — Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar (Required)
• Strong understanding of email marketing strategy, segmentation, and campaign optimization
• A detail-oriented coordinator who keeps campaigns on track without dropping a single deliverable
• Solid copywriting skills — you write emails people actually want to open and read
• Analytical mindset — you use performance data to make smarter decisions, not just prettier reports
• A collaborative teammate who works seamlessly with creative, content, and account management teams
• Highly organized, deadline-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced remote environment
