Join us as we build both structures and relationships in our community. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 10-20 years of construction management experience. While metal building experience is a plus, it is not required. The ideal candidate is a motivated, detail-oriented professional ready to manage multiple projects and ensure successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage multiple construction projects from start to finish. Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines. Monitor construction progress and address any challenges or issues. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Provide leadership and support to project teams. Facilitate the expansion into General Contracting projects. Qualifications 10-20 years of construction management experience (metal building experience is a plus). Strong knowledge of construction processes and best practices. Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project resources effectively. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with project management software is a plus. Must reside locally in Ocala, FL. Benefits Competitive salary range of $90,000 to $120,000.
