Inventory Analyst

Monitor par levels and work order status in NetSuite and MasterControl to identify finished goods ready for transfer or new work order generation. Validate daily work orders for completeness and alignment with MasterControl records. Update the weekly Excel production tracker sourced from MasterControl and flag discrepancies or trends. Review and release manufacturing lots in NetSuite by converting them into assembly builds. Conduct QA checks on work orders, validating lot consumption, labor hours, and bill of materials accuracy; apply inventory adjustments as needed. Support quarterly physical inventory counts and reconcile system vs. physical inventory using Excel templates and NetSuite saved searches.
