This position is based at Nikkiso ACD, LLC, located in Santa Ana, CA. Job Overview The Shipping & Receiving Clerk is responsible for preparing customer orders for shipment by verifying products, packaging and crating materials, securing loads, and ensuring all shipments meet company quality and safety standards. This is a hands-on warehouse position that requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to safely handle materials and equipment. Responsibilities Verify pull sheets, shipping memo or POagainst physical pumps and parts. Verify shipping paperwork for outside process. Inspect products forqualitybefore packaging. Package, crate, strap, and secure productsto prevent damageduring transit. Build andprepare crates usingappropriate packaging materialsand tools. Label shipments andensure all shippingdocumentation is complete. Take photographs ofcompleted shipmentsfor documentation. Enter and maintain outside process log. Load and unloadtrucks using forkliftsand pallet jacks. Maintain a clean, organized, and safework area byfollowing 5S standards. Report damaged productsor shipment discrepanciesto manager. All shipments have proper paperwork and are secured. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent GED is required Equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered 1 + years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing environment Skills Understanding of Excel. Previous warehouse, packaging, or shipping experiencepreferred. Forklift certification orthe ability tobecome certified. Experience operating palletjacks and materialhandling equipment. Ability to readpull sheets andfollow work instructions. Strong attention todetail andcommitment to quality. Dependable with goodcommunication and teamworkskills. Ability to worksafely in a fast-paced warehouseenvironment. Physical Requirements Ability to liftup to 50lbs. regularly. Stand, bend,lift, push, pull, and walk throughoutthe workday. Performance Expectations Prepare shipments thatare accurate,secure, and damage-free. Maintain a cleanand organized workarea. Follow all companysafety procedures and5S standards. Demonstrate professionalism, dependability, and a positiveattitude while supportingwarehouse operations.
