Senior Accounts Payable Specialist

Johnson Service Group (JSG) is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Accounts Payable Specialist in Orange County California. What You'll Bring Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field. Strong proficiency in reviewing and resolving complex invoice issues. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Solid understanding of policies, procedures, and financial control measures. Ability to communicate clearly and work independently with sound judgment. Nice to Have Skills Experience with Great Plains accounting software, ERP systems, or claims software. Cross-training experience across different finance functions. Prior exposure to audit support and vendor account reconciliation. Preferred Education and Experience An associate’s degree in business administration or a related field. Five or more years of experience in accounts payable or similar roles. Proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects. Additional Requirements Ability to work full-time, in-office, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Willingness to participate in occasional travel or varied work environments, including community settings.
