Overview

An early-stage healthcare company in the DMV is seeking a sophisticated CFO to help lead its next phase of growth. This is a transformational opportunity for a strategic financial executive who thrives in high-growth environments and wants to partner closely with an exceptional leadership team. The CFO will build and lead a world-class finance organization and establish the infrastructure needed to support continued expansion. This individual will also serve as a key adviser on strategic initiatives and business growth. Healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) expertise is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and build a world-class finance organization and establish the infrastructure to support continued expansion.
Partner with the leadership team and act as a key adviser on strategic initiatives and business growth.
Provide strategic financial leadership to guide the company through its next growth phase, including performance monitoring and decision support relevant to healthcare operations.

Qualifications

Experience as a senior financial executive, preferably CFO, in a high-growth environment.
Healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) expertise is highly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary in the $300Ks; target bonus of 50%; a healthy equity participation; and an excellent benefits package.
