What You’ll Do

• Support Account Managers in managing client projects, deliverables, timelines and day-to-day communication
• Coordinate work across ATRA’s specialist teams, creating accurate ClickUp tasks, tracking deadlines and following action items through completion
• Prepare client meeting agendas, take detailed notes and translate discussions into clear internal tasks and organized client follow-ups
• Assist with client communication, project updates, expectation setting and proactively identifying potential delays or missing information
• Learn client goals, KPIs and paid media strategy while gaining exposure to campaign performance, reporting and quarterly planning
• Help maintain ATRA’s standards for organization, quality assurance, documentation and on-time delivery

What We’re Looking For

• Exceptional attention to detail and organization: You can manage multiple projects, deadlines and details without letting things fall through the cracks
• Strong communication and follow-through: You communicate clearly, take ownership and proactively follow work through completion
• Critical thinking and problem solving: You ask good questions, identify potential issues and want to understand the “why” behind the work
• A desire to learn and grow: You’re genuinely interested in digital marketing, client services and building a career in Account Management

• Agency internship experience, digital marketing coursework or relevant college activities are preferred, but not required
• Familiarity with paid media, account management, analytics or project management platforms is a plus
