Employment SpecialistJob Description: This role embodies a professional commitment to supporting students and adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities in not just securing but also excelling in competitive employment within local businesses. As an Employment Specialist, you'll engage in a spectrum of responsibilities, including job training, coaching, devising and implementing accommodations, and fostering a conducive environment where tasks are performed accurately, efficiently, and autonomously.
