NSMS Increased Capacity Finance Manager

SM-6 Capacity Expansion ManagerRaytheon Technologies has an immediate need for a SM-6 Capacity Expansion Manager supporting the SM-6 program management team. This role will focus on the Increased Production Capacity efforts and the BCA efforts. This role will provide the opportunity to increase exposure to multiple facets of not only the NSMS organization but also the Shipboard Missiles functional leadership team. You will be responsible for two direct reporting analysts.This position is currently designated as Onsite. However, the successful candidate will be required to work onsite from our Tucson, AZ location.What You Will DoYou will be accountable for financial oversight of IPC programs, with contracts spanning cost type efforts and BCAs CapEX.This position requires proactive leadership and significant interaction with the Program Managers, Contracts, Engineering, Supply Chain, and others, to ensure alignment regarding strategic, operating, and financial objectives.You will ensure compliance with required Estimates at Complete (EACs) and contractual earned value.Top candidates will raise the performance levels of their team and provide the organizations they support with timely and thorough quantitative analysis that supports business, program, and project decision making.Qualifications You Must HaveTypically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience.8 years of related experiences leading high performing teams, financial planning, program business analysis, and/or accounting commensurate with the roles and responsibilities of the assignment.Experience with EVMS (Earned Value Management), Program Controls and Estimates at Complete (EACs).Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.Qualifications We PreferDemonstrated ability to meet critical deadlines.Experience interfacing with senior level management and customers, including formal presentations.Proactive and demonstrated ability to creatively problem solve.Continuous improvement mindset and high attention to detail and accuracy.What We OfferOur values strengthen our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world.
