CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Case Manager RN for a 100% remote role. No travel is expected with this position. The shift is Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Arizona time. You will telephonically assess, plan, implement and coordinate case management activities for members of our Federal Plans. Requires active RN licensure, ability to license in non-compact states, 3+ years of clinical practice, and 1+ year MS Office experience.
