Regulatory Affairs Coordinator, Three locations: ( Portage MI, San Jose, Flower Mound Texas) (BH-109997) Location Flower Mound, United States Sector Manufacturing & Production Salary $34.00 to $37.00 per hour Job Title: Regulatory Affairs Coordinator Location: Portage MI, San Jose, Flower Mound Texas Duration: 12+ month contract Job Overview The Product Environmental Compliance Coordinator (Contractor) supports the Endoscopy Divisions Product Environmental Compliance program by helping ensure products meet global environmental regulations such as RoHS, REACH, POPs, WEEE, and California Proposition 65. This individual contributor role focuses on maintaining accurate compliance data , coordinating supplier outreach, supporting time-sensitive projects, and preparing reports that track progress and support decision-making. Key Responsibilities Extracting and reconciling data from multiple systems, managing submissions to third-party compliance evidence providers Researching and responding to customer or sales-related compliance inquiries, revising compliance documentation, and supporting non-conformance investigations and corrective actions. The role also partners with cross-functional teams to organize and execute project tasks and works directly with suppliers to obtain and review environmental compliance evidence. The ideal candidate has strong Excel and data analysis skills , excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. A background in data, analytics, computer science, or a related field is preferred, along with strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Experience working across teams and familiarity with Microsoft Office are important; Power BI knowledge is a plus . This role does not include people management responsibilities and requires minimal travel. General Requirements Advanced Excel skills are mandatory including Pivot Tables, formulas like VLOOKUP, IF, etc. Act independently to determine daily activities Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills Strong attention to detail Ability to manage changing priorities and workflow for multiple projects and deadlines Proficient with Microsoft Office, Power BI knowledge is a bonus This position requires knowledge that is acquired through experience, specialized education or training. The role has clearly defined procedures and tasks as well as defined guidelines to aid in decision making. The job requires a basic understanding of work routines and procedures in own discipline.
