1 year NICU experience highly preferred 1 year charge or relief charge experience or other leadership experience preferred RN upon hire required STABLE upon hire preferred BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support required before independent patient care (maintained quarterly) NRP – Essential Neonatal Resuscitation Program required (90 days) NRPA – Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program required (90 days) CPI – Crisis Prevention Intervention Training required (annually, 90 days) Skills A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and the ability to function in a fast‑paced environment.
