Looking for technical consultant (PL/SQL expert) to work on WMS supply chain transformation engagements for our clients globally in various industry groups.

Experience 6-7 years

Technical skills:

SQL: Expert in building and analyzing complex, analytical SQLs, indexing

PL/SQL: Expert in advanced features e.g., collection, cursors, ref cursors, exception, dynamic SQL, SQL loader, file handling

Performance based SQL and PL/SQL handling

Shell scripts intermediate level.

File handling, loops, exception handling, parameter handling, function, global variable, connecting Oracle database and call procedures, functions.

Overall expert in system & code analysis, code development, should be able to understand current integration and develop new integration.

Applications software conversant in supply chain management, Oracle database, Linux operating system

Other experience in code deployment, JIRA tool, technical documentation. Must be able to write document technical specification doc, design documents, use cases, test cases, etc.

Effective communication skills and experience with customer facing relationships for both project and sustain related functions.

Should work with the extended team and/or client to design and deliver actionable supply chain transformation projects. Provide support to production environment.

Should be able to work in roll out project also provide support to the production environment.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Coordination with different teams – both client teams and BirlaSoft teams

• Technical tracking of tasks/activities

• Daily, weekly update to client through email reports, chat group and meetings.

• The individual will be responsible for requirements understanding, scoping, effort estimation, development, maintenance and support

• Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and highly focused

• Must be able to define various technical & functional scenarios for testing related to integration

• Must have good understanding of the interface requirements between WMS and other applications (Oracle / any source) running in the client environment.

• The consultant should ensure successful implementation of the WMS for clients. This includes understanding the client's business functional, architecture and technical requirements, taking responsibility for package configuration, and testing & providing the post implementation and post go-live support.
