We are seeking an Audiologist or Hearing Aid Specialist in the Cranston, RI area who is motivated by their career in the hearing industry! This organization is a leading name in the hearing care industry, known for its commitment to patient satisfaction and provider success. It seeks motivated and self-starting providers who value autonomy and are passionate about patient care and business growth. Job Description/Responsibilities: Conduct routine hearing diagnostics and patient counseling. Fit and sell hearing aids. Manage a solo provider office with the support of a Patient Care Coordinator. Grow the practice by engaging with the community and prospecting the area. Compensation and Benefits: AuD: Competitive base salary + tiered commission. HIS: Competitive base salary + tiered commission, with an option for 100% commission. Full benefits package: Medical, dental, and vision 401k and PTO Reimbursement for CEUs and license fees Relocation assistance negotiable. Potential for practice ownership.
