Customer Engagement Manager

Fluent in German and English, the full-time remote Customer Engagement Manager will drive customer success by managing a portfolio of client engagements, ensuring adoption, value realization, and renewal while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business outcomes. Key responsibilities Lead customer engagements with accountability for services bookings, adoption targets, and revenue delivery margins Develop and implement customer success plans and adoption programs to drive measurable outcomes and sustainable usage Collaborate with Sales to understand customer needs and ensure successful delivery of services that exceed expectations Required qualifications At least 10 years of experience in customer success, consulting, or project/program management Formal Project Management accreditation and experience with the TSIA LAER model Strong understanding of data and AI solutions, with a track record of driving business value from these technologies Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field; Agile and project management certifications are a plus Proven experience in senior customer-facing roles with strong leadership and communication skills
