Administrative Assistant – Bilingual Korean Required

** W2 contract, min of 12 months ** ONSITE out of Washington, DC **

** W2 $23.92/hr

• Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
\n
• Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents.
\n
• File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
\n
• Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails.
\n
• Prepare responses to correspondence containing routing inquiries.
\n
• Submitting and managing all expenses
\n
• Booking business travel
\n
• Translation of documents both Korean and English
\n
• Reporting monthly and annual budget
\n
• Assisting the invoice summaries
\n

SKILLS

• Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
\n
• Ability to work independently and manage ones time.
\n
• Ability to keep information organized and confidential.
\n
• Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
\n
• High school diploma or GED required.
\n
• 0-2 years experience required.
\n
• Bilingual (Korean and English) both verbal and written required.
\n
