Pay: $60/hour On Site · $75/hour on call, depending on certifications — opportunity for full-time salary

What You'll Do - Diagnose, repair, and maintain fleet vehicles - Perform advanced diagnostics and electrical troubleshooting - Complete engine, transmission, brake, suspension, and steering repairs - Handle routine maintenance and inspections, including 28-day 50+ point inspections with full photo documentation - Keep detailed records of all repairs in our system, itemized by vehicle (year, make, model, plate, last 4 of VIN) - Ensure every job is completed safely, accurately, and on time

What We're Looking For

- G1 (A5 a plus) ASE certification required — proof must be provided before starting - B Tech degree or equivalent ASE certification(s)

- Minimum 3+ years of professional auto repair experience

- Strong diagnostic and repair skills

- Own tools required

- Reliable transportation to start

- Valid driver's license and a clean enough record to operate company vehicles

- Proof of insurance: $1,000,000 Commercial General Liability + Automotive Liability

- Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented

Pay & Terms

- $60/hour for on-site work at our location

- $75/hour for on-call / mobile work at other locations, depending on certifications

- Opportunity for full-time salary, bonus options

- Parts billed at actual cost + max 5% markup; cores returned to Desert Drives LLC

- Repair authorization above set thresholds requires prior written approval

- 30-day/3,000-mile labor & parts warranty on completed repairs, at no additional labor cost

- Steady, growing workload — our fleet is expanding, and this role grows with it

Confidentiality & Conduct Contractors are required to sign a standard confidentiality and conduct agreement covering customer information, repair history, and business systems, consistent with our existing vendor agreements.
