Relationship Banker Business Specialist

The Relationship Banker Business Specialist is based in Weatherford, TX at the Weatherford branch. Bilingual in Spanish preferred. Responsibilities Acquire and expand share of wallet for consumer and business banking opportunities under $2MM in sales revenue. Lead proactive lead generation and appointments inside and outside the branch to achieve business results. Deliver a differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing. Manage and grow business banking relationships under $2MM in sales revenue by translating client information into actionable sales strategy and tactics. Generate quality referrals to ecosystem partners, leveraging tools and protocols to maximize results. Develop ecosystem leadership inside and outside the branch as a COI, working across partners such as PNCWM, PNC Private Bank, Business Banking, and Mortgage. Lead client experience and hospitality management by differentiating the experience through advanced conversation skills and tailored solutions aligned with clients’ holistic needs. Escalate client problems as necessary, acting as an advocate across departments to identify trends and unique needs. Collaborate with branch team to identify consumer and business banking opportunities and expand share of wallet. Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with clients and position PNC products. Educate clients on managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources. Apply product and procedural knowledge to mitigate and solve customer problems, driving loyalty. Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits. Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring they are completed efficiently and accurately. Qualifications Accountability Banking Client Loyalty Customer Experience (CX) Customer Service Identifying Opportunities Leveraging Technology Proactive Sales Competencies Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience (including military service). Maximum 1 year of professional experience. Must be able to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state. Candidate will undergo additional background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.
