• Req: BLS, COVID Vaccine, CA STATE LICENSE REQUIRED

Facility Requirements:

1 year oncology experience required. Prefer BMT experience.
Outpatient Oncology

Certs Preferred:
Chemo (ONS/ONCC)
OCN
BMTCN

Unit Notes

Case Manager for clinic setting working with auth department, new patient referrals, collaboration with multiple departments to schedule appts. Responding to my chart messages from patients and EPIC pools.
