At Holy Cross Health, we are looking for a skilled Wound Care Nurse (RN) who brings both clinical expertise and compassionate care to our interdisciplinary team. You'll play a key role in assessing, planning, and delivering care that promotes healing and supports our mission of service to the community.What You Will DoConduct comprehensive wound, skin, and ostomy assessments across all age groupsDevelop and implement individualized plans of care based on clinical findingsProvide education to patients, families, and staff regarding wound prevention and managementCollaborate with physicians, providers, and healthcare team members to coordinate optimal patient careSupport the mission of Holy Cross Health and Trinity Health, delivering care with compassion and excellenceDeliver care with sensitivity to the unique physical and psychosocial needs of patients, from neonates to geriatric populationsMinimum QualificationsGraduation from an accredited nursing program; basic professional nursing degree required (BSN preferred). Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
