Location: Anaheim, CA
Compensation: $100,000–$300,000+ Annual Commission Potential

Luxury Bath Designs of Orange County is looking for a high-performing In-Home Design Consultant with proven experience selling bath, kitchen, windows, or other residential remodeling products .

This is more than a sales position. We are looking for someone who has consistently performed at a high level and is ready to take the next step into sales leadership .

As an In-Home Design Consultant , you’ll meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes, understand their remodeling needs, create customized bath solutions, and guide them through the design and purchasing process.

You’ll use our proprietary iPad-based sales system to create professional presentations and personalized bathroom designs that make it easy for homeowners to visualize their completed project.

This role is ideal for an experienced closer who is ready to produce at a high level today while developing into a future sales leader.

• Conduct professional in-home consultations with pre-qualified homeowners
• Identify customer needs and recommend customized bath remodeling solutions
• Use our iPad-based sales system to design and present projects
• Create personalized bath designs using easy-to-use technology
• Present pricing and financing options
• Build value and confidently close sales
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective customers
• Participate in weekly sales training and coaching
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals
• Develop the skills necessary to advance into sales management

• Proven success in in-home sales
• Experience selling bath, kitchen, windows, roofing, flooring, or other home improvement products
