Licensed Insurance Sales Operations Director, a full-time remote position responsible for overseeing call center operations, lead generation, and agent performance in a high-volume insurance sales environment. Key Responsibilities Manage call center performance, including agent productivity and KPIs Oversee lead generation processes, vendor selection, and performance optimization Develop and enforce operational workflows and accountability structures Required Qualifications Direct ownership experience in a call center-based insurance sales operation Proven experience in lead generation and performance optimization Experience in high-volume, lead-driven environments Hands-on experience with onboarding systems and operational workflows Ability to drive agent performance and accountability at scale
