Site Safety Manager

We are seeking an experienced Site Safety Manager to lead safety initiatives across construction, redevelopment, maintenance, and facility operations projects throughout Colorado. This role will be responsible for promoting a strong safety culture, ensuring regulatory compliance, conducting site audits, supporting training programs, and partnering with project teams to maintain safe work environments. Key Responsibilities Lead site safety programs and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards. Conduct jobsite inspections, audits, and hazard assessments. Review safety plans, JHAs, permits, and risk assessments. Lead safety orientations, toolbox talks, and training initiatives. Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions. Monitor contractor and subcontractor safety performance. Maintain safety records, reports, and compliance documentation. Support multiple project sites and travel as needed. Qualifications 5+ years of construction, industrial, or facility safety experience. OSHA 30 certification required; OSHA 510, CHST, CSP, or ASP preferred. Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and contractor safety management. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
