Ubicación: Guaynabo PR
El Medical Inventory and Delivery Specialist es responsable de apoyar el manejo, control, almacenamiento, preparación, despacho, transportación y entrega de materiales, equipos y suministros médico-quirúrgicos utilizados en los servicios de Alivia Infusion Services. El puesto también es responsable de la transportación y entrega de medicamentos previamente despachados, verificados y empacados por personal farmacéutico autorizado, asegurando su integridad, seguridad, trazabilidad y entrega. Este puesto integra las funciones de inventario y suplido médico-quirúrgico con las funciones de logística y entrega para los servicios de infusión en el hogar.
Responsabilidades:
- Mantener el control, organización y disponibilidad del inventario de materiales, equipos y suministros médico-quirúrgicos utilizados en los servicios de infusión.
- Recibir, inspeccionar, organizar y almacenar materiales estériles y no estériles conforme a los procedimientos establecidos.
- Preparar, seleccionar, organizar y despachar los materiales, equipos y suministros médico-quirúrgicos requeridos para los casos de infusión.
- Validar que las cantidades y artículos preparados correspondan a las necesidades del caso.
- Recibir para transportación medicamentos que hayan sido previamente despachados, verificados y empacados por personal farmacéutico autorizado.
- Transportar y entregar los medicamentos sin abrir, modificar, alterar o intervenir con el empaque preparado por Farmacia.
- Mantener la seguridad e integridad del medicamento durante todo el proceso de transportación.
- Realizar inspección del vehículo asignado al comienzo de cada turno.
- Mantener el vehículo limpio, organizado y en condiciones adecuadas para la transportación de medicamentos y suministros médicos.
- Cumplir con las políticas y procedimientos de Alivia Health y Alivia Infusion Services.
- Cumplir con las regulaciones aplicables relacionadas con el manejo y transportación de medicamentos y materiales médico-quirúrgicos.
Requisitos:
- Diploma de Escuela Superior o equivalente.
- Licencia de conducir vigente y válida.
- Minimo un (1) año de experiencia en al menos una de las siguientes áreas:
- Inventario.
- Almacén.
- Logística o distribución.
- Negocio de Farmacia.
- Suplido médico-quirúrgico.
- Servicios de salud.
- Entrega o transportación de productos médicos.
