Ensures cross-training and support coverage for our client's automation infrastructure. Provides guidance on Implementing performance testing, monitoring, and reporting automation. Works with the VP of Business Systems, AVP of Automation Services along with lines of business to drive identification of automation opportunities within infrastructure, testing, operational workflows, and business processes. Serves as a subject matter expert (SME) in automation technologies and methodologies by researching and recommending emerging automation tools and practices. Drives process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce manual effort, and accelerate delivery. Contributes to enterprise automation strategy and roadmap. Provides technical assessments for complex automation initiatives and contributes to project plan development aligned with our client's requirements. Serves as subject matter expert and team lead on projects requiring automation. Coordinates the daily work of the Automation Services systems engineers to include helping prioritize tasks and determine work assignments and following through on tasks and functions to satisfactory completion.
