We're looking for a sharp, tech-savvy Senior Accountant to join a growing Charlottesville organization where there's plenty of opportunity to dig in, solve problems, improve processes and make an impact.


This isn't a "just follow the process" accounting role. We want someone who asks "Is there a better way to do this?" - and then helps build it.


What will make you stand out:

• Strong accounting fundamentals - close, reconciliations, journal entries & financial reporting
• Excellent Excel skills and a genuine comfort with technology
• An analytical, problem-solving mindset
• Ability to learn new systems and concepts quickly
• Confidence working independently and figuring things out
• Interest in using technology, automation and AI to improve how accounting gets done

Industry experience is not required . We're much more interested in finding someone with the accounting foundation, technical aptitude and curiosity to learn quickly.
