Commercial Lines Producer / Insurance Sales Executive
Location: Rochester, NY
Compensation: $85,000 – $100,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission (OTE $100k – $150k+ Year 1)
Schedule: Full-Time | Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
About the Opportunity:
We are representing a premier, family-built, service-driven partner in workforce solutions based in Rochester, NY. Our client takes a consultative, service-first approach. They are looking for a motivated Commercial Lines Producer (Insurance Sales Executive) to join their high-growth P&C Division.
The Role:
You will play a critical role in expanding the market presence by developing, managing, and retaining a robust portfolio of commercial insurance clients. Unlike traditional "cold-start" roles, you will have access to a consistent stream of warm leads from the other divisions.
Essential Duties:
- Full Sales Cycle: Execute all phases including prospecting, needs assessment, proposal development, closing, and onboarding.
- Consultative Partnership: Identify and address insurance needs accurately, aligning with high service standards.
- Operational Support: Collaborate closely with a dedicated P&C Account Coordinator to manage renewals, updates, and policy changes, ensuring you can stay focused on revenue-generating activities.
- Carrier Relations: Partner with carrier underwriting and internal support teams for seamless policy placement.

Qualifications:
- Active NYS Property & Casualty License (Required).
- 2+ years of sales experience in the Commercial Lines / P&C field.

- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel locally as required for client meetings.
