What You'll Do

• Provide anesthesia services for various surgical and diagnostic procedures
• Be on-call for anesthesia support during scheduled shifts
• Respond promptly to on-call notifications, with a minimum 2-hour callback time
• Collaborate with surgical teams and healthcare providers for safe patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of anesthesia and patient records
• Offer flexible PRN coverage as needed for short-term assignments
• Spend long weekends on call, with lodging options at approved local vendors

What You Need

• Valid Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) license in the state of Virginia
• At least 1 year of recent CRNA experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure during emergency situations
• Flexibility for on-call shifts, including nights and weekends
