Complimentary employee meal & parking onsite Here Is What You Will Be Doing Each Day As our Executive Chef, you will work with our culinary, restaurant, and catering teams to ensure the delivery of excellent service in accordance with our high standards and to achieve Conrad Hilton's vision of spreading the light and warmth of hospitality. Does This Sound Like You? You thrive in fast paced environments and don't shy away from working hard. You are able to lift up to 30 lbs, and walk/stand for long periods of time. You have a keen eye for detail and understand the importance of guest experience from the first greeting to closing the check. You feel comfortable addressing conflicts when they arise and making it right for our guests every time. You are organized, manage your time effectively, and will be heavily utilized while supporting restaurant operations and launching marketing campaigns. You are looking for flexibility, working a variety of shifts, including days, evenings and weekends. Why Crescent?
