Convey detailed product and service information, highlighting benefits and features of American Express Independent credit services. Develop key selling skills, building rapport, identifying customer needs, handling objections, and closing deals. Provide excellent customer support by responding to inquiries regarding accounts in a fast‑paced environment. Record essential data as governed by defined processes and procedures. Maintain full compliance with all administrative and quality standards related to transaction processing and management practices. Requirements Minimum of 2 years’ client support experience, building long‑term client relationships with consultative skill and strong verbal and written communication. Proven track record in a customer service and sales environment of at least 2 years. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, metrics‑driven environment while performing several tasks concurrently in a virtual setting. Experience working in a virtual environment.
