Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at the Center for Families Wellness Center, your primary responsibilities will include the following:

• Group Therapy: Lead dynamic group therapy sessions that encourage clients to share their experiences and support one another, enhancing collective healing and connection.

• Individual Therapy: Provide personalized, empathetic counseling that allows clients to explore their unique thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Develop tailored coping strategies and action plans to facilitate personal growth.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to formulate individualized treatment plans that align with their specific goals and preferences, ensuring a personalized approach to care.

• Progress Monitoring: Utilize a variety of assessment tools to track clients’ progress and outcomes. This may include structured assessments and feedback surveys, ensuring that treatment remains effective and adaptive.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work at the Center will primarily involve supporting young adults aged 18 to 30 who are enrolled in our outpatient treatment program, specifically within our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). You will address a spectrum of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to trauma-related disorders, helping clients harness their strengths while overcoming obstacles.

Qualifications\n

To excel as a Licensed Professional Counselor in our organization, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

• Knowledge of evidence-based practices for mental health treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
