Collaborates with physicians, medical professionals and other staff to ensure the quality of care given. Provides care for the neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult or geriatric patient (as defined in the unit scope of care). Utilizes knowledge of the principles of growth and development appropriate to the patient’s age to ensure that care provided meets the unique, physical and psychosocial needs of the patient. Involves appropriate parties (i.e.; patient’s family or guardian, outside agencies) in the assessment, treatment and continuing care of the patient as needed. Supports the Mission of Trinity Health and Holy Cross Hospital. What you will need: Registry with the National Board of Respiratory Care as a Registered Respiratory Therapist Current licensure from the state of Maryland as a Respiratory Care Practitioner At least one (1) year of clinical experience preferred Current CPR training with recertification every two years. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Pay Range-$33.73-$50.59 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
