Lingo Staffing is hiring a Leasing & Administrative Coordinator for a property management partner in the Roanoke area!

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with customer service, leasing, or administrative experience who enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and supporting residential communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist prospective residents through the leasing and application process
• Build and maintain positive relationships with current and potential tenants
• Address resident concerns and coordinate resolutions in a timely, professional manner
• Schedule and communicate maintenance requests with the maintenance team
• Plan and coordinate tenant engagement events and social functions
• Perform general administrative duties including answering phones, greeting visitors, filing, and document management
• Maintain accurate records and support reporting needs as required

Requirements:

• Previous customer service, leasing, property management, or administrative experience required
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage deadlines, collaborate with team members, and prioritize tasks effectively
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ year of leasing or property management experience
• Fair Housing training or knowledge
• Experience using Yardi or other property management software

• Candidates may be asked to complete client-specific screenings, such as background checks.
