Описание: Бренд работает в сфере wellness, lifestyle и продуктов для качественного образа жизни. Компания развивает digital-направление, использует influence-маркетинг и сотрудничает с контент-креаторами. Задачи: Разрабатывать и реализовывать стратегию influence-маркетинга Искать и привлекать блогеров, инфлюенсеров, амбассадоров и контент-креаторов Формировать идеи рекламных интеграций и контентных коллабораций Организовывать рекламные размещения от идеи до публикации Формировать гипотезы, тестировать новые форматы и масштабировать успешные решения Требования: Опыт в influencer marketing от 1,5-2 лет Практический опыт работы с российским рынком и локальными блогерами Умение самостоятельно находить и оценивать потенциальных партнёров Понимание основных показателей эффективности influence-рекламы Наличие реализованных кейсов и готовность рассказать о них Нахождение за пределами РФ Будет плюсом: опыт в beauty, wellness, lifestyle, consumer products или смежных категориях, работа с UGC, управление небольшой командой, самостоятельное построение influence-направления с нуля Условия: Фиксированное вознаграждение обсуждается индивидуально по итогам собеседований Дополнительная бонусная мотивация по результатам работы направления Возможность напрямую влиять на развитие influence-маркетинга бренда Высокий уровень самостоятельности и возможность предлагать собственные решения Перспектива роста до руководителя influence-направления и формирования собственной команды #J-18808-Ljbffr NDA
