Roller Operator | $2,300+ WEEKLY w/ OT
Join SAVARD Personnel Group - where your skills are valued! Work outdoors on road construction and asphalt paving projects, operating heavy rollers to compact asphalt, gravel, and soil in a fast-paced, safety-focused construction environment with opportunities for overtime, long-term employment, and potential 401(k) and healthcare benefits once hired on.
Key Requirements:
- Previous Roller Man experience preferred
- Willing to obtain OSHA 10 (required to start)
- Ability to operate heavy rollers to compact asphalt, gravel, and soil
- Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
- Must have reliable transportation
Shifts:
- Monday-Friday, 6AM-4PM (flexibility is required, some jobs may start earlier or go later)
- Heavy OT and weekends available!
- Temp to hire
