We offer our Psychiatrists:

Flexible work schedules: we are seeking full time.
Hybrid models with on-site & telehealth working 1 day on-site at one of our Maryland locations and 3- 4 days fully remote for our Washington D.C. location.
Licensed in both Washington D.C. and Maryland
100% outpatient work. No nights, no hospital calls, no weekends.
Compensation with unlimited/uncapped earnings
Full benefits package: health, dental, vision, life, 401k (with match), paid parental leave, EAP, CEU, and more.

Compensation range $314,000 to $371,000, compensation model based on productivity.
Bonus incentive plan.

Our Psychiatrists are a critical part of our clinical team. We're seeking Psychiatrists who are:

Fully licensed in Maryland MD/DO

$315,000 - $390,000 a year
