Job Description

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' unique needs and design personalized therapy strategies to help them achieve their functional milestones.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based practices to enhance patients' motor skills, cognition, and activities of daily living.
• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work hand in hand with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive and holistic care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their families in understanding therapy techniques to ensure sustained progress at home.
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and adjust treatment plans to keep patients on the right path toward their goals.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Encouragement and support for ongoing education or advanced certifications

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
