Manager Client Development

Summary The Manager, Client Development is a brand ambassador and business leader responsible for delivering extraordinary client experiences and driving boutique performance. This role coaches and manages an in-store team, equips the Boutique Director with business insights, and leads community and partnership initiatives to grow the client base. The position requires hands‑on floor leadership and a focus on continuous improvement against key performance indicators. Responsibilities Spend time on the selling floor coaching and inspiring the team to deliver elevated client experiences. Foster a positive working environment and a culture of feedback, diversity, and teamwork. Provide initial and ongoing training on product knowledge, service delivery, and CHANEL savoir faire. Lead the team using KPIs to drive performance and implement improvements. Represent the boutique in the market through community involvement, partnerships, and events to develop the client base. Ensure boutique image and operational standards are upheld to deliver business results. Requirements Minimum 5 years of related experience. Bachelor's degree preferred. Excellent communication and people leadership skills. Passion for the brand and commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences; foreign language skills preferred.
