Production Team Leader

If this sounds interesting we have a position for you!Reporting to the Production Group Leader (Supervisor), the Team Leader will support approximately 5-10 team members on a production work team. The Team Leader will utilize leader standard work to coach, develop and build capabilities of team members.ResponsibilitiesAssimilate and train new team members within their area/zone.Communicate safety news, quality findings, human resources updates and line rate/goals to team in daily pre-shift meeting.Ensure all team members are following safety procedures. Obtain proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for team members when necessary.Work with team members to generate and support ideas for Continuous Improvement.
