We only put people in positions where they can win. You will do a live interview with our hiring team to review the results. Round 3 - The Shadow: You’ll join us for a job shadow. You’ll see the high bar we set, and we’ll see if you can clear it. The Launch: Our 1-60 day training is aggressive.
