Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads through various channels, including online inquiries, phone calls, and networking.
• Manage and nurture customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Conduct product presentations and test drives to showcase vehicle features and benefits.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings for Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve dealership goals.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a results-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
