The WWT Internship Program is a 10 week summer program designed to give college students an opportunity to experience the workplace prior to graduation and enhance their education. Our program is focused on better preparing students for the business world while providing valuable contributions to our company. At WWT, our Enterprise Business Services teams keep the company running behind the scenes—from the people who support employees' careers to the numbers that keep everyone paid, the campaigns that shape how WWT shows up in the market, and the supply chain that delivers for our customers. As an intern, you could work in HR, helping recruit, support, and develop WWT's people; in Finance, managing accounting, billing, and the financial decisions that drive the business; in Marketing, building the campaigns, messaging, and content that promote WWT's products and services; or in Global Operations Supply Chain, optimizing logistics, order operations, and process improvement that deliver measurable impact for our customers. Across these teams, you'll gain hands‑on experience while contributing to the strategic decisions that keep WWT thriving. Relevant Majors: Human Resources Management Business Administration Behavioral/Organizational Management Marketing (Advertising, Analytics, multimedia design, Web Development, Journalism) Psychology/Sociology Communications Information Systems Finance (Data Analytics, Accounting, Economics) Supply Chain Management (Operations, Logistics, Electrical Eng, Industrial Eng) Qualifications: Currently enrolled in a college, university, or certification program and will have at least 1 semester left after internship You must have a graduation date of December 2027 or later to qualify for the program. Must be pursuing a degree relevant to the role with a strong interest in numbers/mathematics Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis in Excel Strong written & verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail Strong organizational, problem solving & analytical skills Strong interpersonal skills Strong independent judgment and leadership skills Ability to collaborate well with others Must provide reliable transportation & housing Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $18 to $25 per hour. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
