Quantum Workplace, Inc. is seeking a People Operations Specialist to manage HRIS, payroll support, and benefits administration with precision and ownership. You will lead HR projects to improve the employee experience, drive internal usage of our software, and provide guidance to managers based on data and policy interpretations.
