Role Overview

We're hiring Mortgage Customer Service Representatives to support homeowners with their mortgage servicing needs. This role is ideal for candidates with recent contact center experience who enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment.

You'll handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with mortgage-related questions, and use internal systems to document and resolve inquiries. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with long-term career growth potential.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Answer inbound calls from homeowners regarding mortgage payments, escrow accounts, website access, payoff requests, and general account questions
• Make outbound calls to remind customers about upcoming or overdue payments and assist with payment processing when appropriate
• Provide professional, courteous, and accurate customer support on every interaction
• Identify and refer eligible customers to the refinancing team when applicable
• Follow established processes, policies, and servicing guidelines
• Document customer interactions and update account information in internal systems
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when needed
• Meet quality, customer satisfaction, call handling, and attendance expectations
• Contribute feedback on systems and processes to improve the customer experience

Pay, Schedule(REQUIRED AVAILABILITY) & Logistics

• Pay: $19.50/hour
• $20.50/hour for bilingual representatives
• Contract-to-hire opportunity
• On-site position in Phoenix, AZ
• Start Date: August 30, 2026
• Mandatory training for the first 3 weeks, Monday through Friday
• Training attendance is required and cannot be missed
• After training, schedules may offer flexibility with start times between approximately 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM
• In-person interviews are expected to begin August 17, 2026
• Monthly incentive opportunity of up to $500 based on attendance and performance metrics after initial ramp-up

Must-Have

• 2-3 years of recent experience in a contact center taking high volumes of inbound & outbound calls.

• employment gaps greater than one year.

• High school diploma or equivalent

• at least 1 Full Year in each role listed on resume.

• Ability to clearly explain any resume gaps or transitions

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $20.50/hr.
